3 Legged Thing’s Alan 2.0 Monopod is the successor to the UK-based company’s popular Alan Monopod. Improvements include a contoured tri-mounted plate, new parallel leg locks for improved grip, and anti-rotation Chicken Lips (shims) for improved rigidity and stability.

Constructed from 100% pure carbon fibre and aircraft-grade alloys, the Alan 2.0 camera monopod has a 5-section leg extension that propels to a maximum height of 1.48m.

As well as enabling photographers to shoot from great heights, the 3 Legged Thing Alan 2.0 Monopod can also fold down to a compact 440mm and weighs just 615g. Making it an essential piece of equipment for travel and action photographers that are always on the move.

Although light and compact, 3LT’s Alan 2.0 monopod also delivers brilliantly when it comes to using heavy cameras and accessories. The carbon fibre structure allows photographers to load up to 60kg of weight, while featuring dual ¼”-20 and ⅜”-16 threads.
