The 67mm Olympus Four Thirds Reversing Ring enables you to reverse mount a 67mm camera lens onto a Olympus Four Thirds camera body achieving greater magnification for macro and close up photography.
To use this Olympus Four Thirds Reversing Ring simply clip one side into the Olympus Four Thirds body and then screw in the 67mm camera lens to the reversing ring thread.
With a lens mounted on a camera in the normal position the image of a large object is reduced in size so that it can be recorded on the sensor or film. When the lens is mounted in reverse (using a reversing ring), the opposite happens. Small objects are recorded at life-size or enlarged.
