Royal Mail Standard - Free Over £65
All UK orders totalling £65 and over, after added VAT, will automatically receive free Royal Mail Standard delivery. Orders shipped with Royal Mail Standard delivery are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. This offer excludes shipping to Scotland Highlands, Scotland Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles.

Royal Mail Next Day
Our Royal Mail Next Day service is provided by our courier, Royal Mail. Shipping with this method on orders weighing over 1KG will incur a price increase. Orders received before 2pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm or on a non-business day (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following business day with the exception of Bank Holidays. As this is a tracked shipping method, you will receive a tracking number for your order. If you have not received a tracking number please contact us. A signature will also be required on delivery. Orders weighing over 1.5KG are not eligible for this delivery method.
Royal Mail Standard
Our Royal Mail Standard delivery is a 3-5 business day delivery service. Deliveries are made by our courier, Royal Mail, and are usually made between 7.00am and 6.00pm. As this is an untracked shipping method please be aware that once your order is with our courier we cannot predict the exact time scale for delivery.
Handling Time and Other Information
Orders received before 2pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. As our offices are closed at the weekends and Bank Holidays, orders received either after 2pm or on a non-business day (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following UK business day. A confirmation of shipping email is sent once goods have been dispatched. If you selected a tracked delivery service a tracking number will also be supplied. If you have not received your tracking number please contact us. For any reason your order can not be completed, either due to stock restrictions or incomplete payment, we will contact you.
Weather Disruptions
Please know, deliveries may be delayed if our courier services believe the weather to be too severe and, as a result, will hamper their delivery service. If this happens, we will be sure to contact you with an updated schedule for your delivery. If you have not been contacted by us and believe your delivery will be delayed due to bad weather, please contact us.
