Changes to Your Shopping Experience & Covid-19 Information

Following the information regarding Covid-19, we recently suspended all online and phone orders. As we are not only a supplier of quality photographic accessories, but also owners of a manufacturing plant, we took the decision to close our doors and protect the health and safety of our workers.

However, since we took this decision, our manufacturing team have been asked by a number of companies to open our workshop and help provide specific parts. These parts are to be used in the production of much-needed ventilator systems that will be supplied to various hospitals in the UK.

Because of this, we will be opening our doors earlier than anticipated.

We are providing our team with all of the safety equipment they need and have implemented strict social distancing measures in the workplace. We are also re-opening our mail order services, which will be run by one valuable team member who will be completely isolated from our manufacturing team. Because of these limitations, please know we will not be able to take any orders over the phone. Orders can only be placed online and we will continue to ship them out on time. If you need to contact us, we will be able to answer your enquiries by email and social media.

We are so happy to be opening our online store once again, and so proud of our fantastic manufacturing team. Thank you to everyone for the support and kind words during this difficult time.

Can I still place orders as normal?
Yes, you can continue to place orders at our online store. However, because of staff limitations we will not be operating our normal phone order service.

Because of staff limitations, can I still contact you?
Due to current circumstances, we will not be operating our normal phone services. This means that orders can not be placed by phone, but at our online store only. If you have any enquiries about our products or services, you can contact us by email and social media.

Are there any changes to your delivery services?
Due to limitations and changes in services, our postal couriers have warned us that some deliveries may take longer than usual. In this current climate, please be aware that you may experience some delays with your order.

Prices and Payments

All product prices that are shown are inclusive of UK VAT, excluding delivery. The VAT for delivery is added upon checkout. Delivery charges are detailed in the check out process, see below for our latest postal charges. VAT registered customers in Europe, are eligible for zero rating on submission of their VAT number, and can submit this request to us via email. Using the website cart will NOT deduct this VAT. Other overseas customer will not be charged VAT.

Details are stored only for the action of orders and or enquiries and to satisfy accounting requirements. We will not accept liability for unauthorised access to information supplied by you, unless it has been proved we have been negligent. this ensures that no third party can impersonate SAGEPAY to obtain secure information.

Made to Order Filters

When going to order a certain size of circular filter, you may notice a message explaining that this is a Made to Order filter. This means that, being a bespoke shop, we have to go through the process of making this size filter. This will cause a delay in the despatch of the order by a minimum of 4 working days. In other cases, we may need to wait more than two working days - if so, we will be in touch with you via the contact details given to us.

Novoflex Special Order

When you purchase a Novoflex branded item, you will notice that the item will show as In Stock with a label "Novoflex Special Order". This means that your order will go through and payment will be taken. After this, your item will be ordered in especially for you and shipped out when it arrives with us with the delivery option that you selected at checkout. For example, if you placed an order for a Novoflex Special Order and selected the Next Day Delivery shipping option, we will ship out the order immediately after we received it. When an item is ordered in to us, it will only take 1 working day, but this may vary so please allow 2-3 working days for worst cases.

Special Orders

Once we have accepted an order for special manufacture or purchase, we cannot accept Cancellation of the order. We accept NO liability for loss or damage to any customer’s equipment whilst in our possession or in transit. All conversions to equipment are undertaken at the owners risk. ANY quotation given is valid for 60-days only. No liability is accepted for any item correctly supplied against incorrect customer specification. Specially made/ ordered goods can only be returned for refund if they are faulty. When sending items to us for examination and/or modification from overseas (including the UK channel islands), Please enclose a declaration stating that the goods are being exported on a temporary basis for examination and/or modification only and that you retain full ownership of the goods. Unless you do this, the goods will not be delivered to us unless we pay UK import duty and VAT. This we are unable to do.
