Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the website and do not affect your statutory rights. Our terms and conditions may change at any time, and changes will take effect on the day they are posted online. Before placing an order, you are asked to read the terms and conditions and by placing an order you show that you understand and agree with the set terms and conditions. After submitting your order, our system will respond to the email address given, please note this is an acknowledgement of the order and not acceptance of your order. Items offered go in and out of stock, and may not be in stock at all times. If your order is urgent please ensure you check stock by calling us on 01582 661878 or emailing us at contact@srb-photographic.co.uk. Alternatively if you visit us please call before coming to check availability.

Covid-19 Information

Following the recent updates regarding Coronavirus, we are shutting down all of our offices and machinery facilities until 20th April. This is to protect our staff, as their health is our top priority during this crisis. If you have any questions about our operations, please find a list of answer below. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, as our loyal customers, and we hope to be back to normal as soon as possible. Stay safe.

Can I Still Place Orders During Shut Down?
As we will not be running our normal delivery service, we will not be receiving any orders at our online store and over the phone from 24th March.

I Placed an Order Before your Offices Closed on 24th March, Will I Still Receive it?
If you placed an order on 23rd March or before and received a delivery email notification, your order has been shipped and will be with you shortly. Any orders placed on and after 24th March will not be shipped while our offices are closed, unless we have contacted you with further information. Please note, during shut down we can not provide a delivery service. If you have accidentally placed an order on or after this date, we will cancel it and refund you.

Can I Contact you During Your Shut Down?
If you have any enquiries about products you have purchased, we are happy to assist you. Our email and Facebook inboxes will be monitored during this shut down, so please feel free to contact us via these. Please note that due to current circumstances, there may be a delay in response time.

When do you Plan to Re-open?
Currently, we're hoping to re-open our offices and facilities on April 20th. However, this may change as we continue to monitor the current situation very closely.

Prices and Payments

All product prices that are shown are inclusive of UK VAT, excluding delivery. The VAT for delivery is added upon checkout. Delivery charges are detailed in the check out process, see below for our latest postal charges. VAT registered customers in Europe, are eligible for zero rating on submission of their VAT number, and can submit this request to us via email. Using the website cart will NOT deduct this VAT. Other overseas customer will not be charged VAT.

Faulty Goods

Items deemed to be faulty will be replaced if reported and returned within the 30-day period.

Details are stored only for the action of orders and or enquiries and to satisfy accounting requirements. We will not accept liability for unauthorised access to information supplied by you, unless it has been proved we have been negligent. Transaction Security Statement

The SAGEPAY payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the
security and integrity of all sensitive data. SAGEPAY internet facing web servers are certified by VERISIGN,
this ensures that no third party can impersonate SAGEPAY to obtain secure information.

Made to Order Filters

When going to order a certain size of circular filter, you may notice a message explaining that this is a Made to Order filter. This means that, being a bespoke shop, we have to go through the process of making this size filter. This will cause a delay in the despatch of the order by a minimum of 4 working days. In other cases, we may need to wait more than two working days - if so, we will be in touch with you via the contact details given to us.

Novoflex Special Order

When you purchase a Novoflex branded item, you will notice that the item will show as In Stock with a label "Novoflex Special Order". This means that your order will go through and payment will be taken. After this, your item will be ordered in especially for you and shipped out when it arrives with us with the delivery option that you selected at checkout. For example, if you placed an order for a Novoflex Special Order and selected the Next Day Delivery shipping option, we will ship out the order immediately after we received it. When an item is ordered in to us, it will only take 1 working day, but this may vary so please allow 2-3 working days for worst cases.

Special Orders

Once we have accepted an order for special manufacture or purchase, we cannot accept Cancellation of the order. We accept NO liability for loss or damage to any customer’s equipment whilst in our possession or in transit. All conversions to equipment are undertaken at the owners risk. ANY quotation given is valid for 60-days only. No liability is accepted for any item correctly supplied against incorrect customer specification. Specially made/ ordered goods can only be returned for refund if they are faulty. When sending items to us for examination and/or modification from overseas (including the UK channel islands), Please enclose a declaration stating that the goods are being exported on a temporary basis for examination and/or modification only and that you retain full ownership of the goods. Unless you do this, the goods will not be delivered to us unless we pay UK import duty and VAT. This we are unable to do.
